This year’s event will include a panel discussion on successful strategies for creating affordable homeownership opportunities in Connecticut and New York. These include an increased focus on developing affordable homeownership properties, and innovative homeownership financing programs. Confirmed panelists include Lewis Brown, developer and Managing Partner of Honeycomb Development, and Greg Ugalde, president and chief legal officer of Torrington-based T&M Building Co. Inc., founder and owner of GFU Investments, LLC, and Board Member of Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA).
