Low-interest downpayment assistance for first-time homebuyers in Connecticut for up to 25% of purchase price when used for a downpayment and qualified closing costs. 

SmartMove NY

Low-interest downpayment assistance for New York first-time homebuyers for up to 25% of the purchase price.

Live Where
You Work CT

Up to $25,000 in 0% downpayment assistance for first-time homebuyers purchasing homes in the city where they work.

Homeownership Equity Fund

Up to $20,000 in 0% downpayment assistance for BIPOC (Black Indigenous People of Color) first-time homebuyers purchasing homes in Connecticut.

**NEW** CT Forever Home

Up to $28,000 in 1% downpayment assistance for first-time homebuyers purchasing homes in Connecticut.  There is a 10-year affordability period associated with this program.  For more information click the button above to access the program flyer.
