HDF welcomes new ShoreUp CT Program Manager Emmeline Harrigan.
Harrigan, a longtime resident of Milford, and employee of the City of Milford recently joined HDF’s staff to manage HDF’s new ShoreUp CT program. ShoreUP CT is designed to help shoreline residents improve the storm resiliency of their homes and is administered by HDF for the State of Connecticut Shoreline Resiliency Fund.
