HDF is delighted to announce a major grant of $600,000 from the Hartford Foundation for public Giving. The grant will support HDF’s Homeownership Equity Fund. The Fund provides 0% interest downpayment and closing cost assistance to BIPOC first-time homebuyers. This grant will help BIPOC households purchase homes in the Hartford area.
