Gene Schreiner is HDF’s Director of Commercial Lending. He is responsible for implementing initiatives to attract and maintain new and existing customer relationships. Schreiner is responsible for managing a commercial loan portfolio, which includes the origination, and underwriting of commercial mortgages for affordable housing opportunities.
