St. John’s Episcopal Church Foundation in partnership with Garden Homes Management Corporation can provide rental subsidies for 1-2 person households at certain Stamford locations. HDF maintains the wait list. Subsidies do not become available often. The wait list should be considered a future possibility and not an immediate housing resource.
