The Housing Development Fund is delighted to announce that it has received a major grant from the CDFI Fund’s Financial Assistance Program. The grant will allow HDF to offer competitive loans to developers of affordable housing in Eastern Connecticut. Eastern Connecticut includes Tolland, Windham, and New London counties. HDF is grateful for the CDFI Fund’s continued support, and looks forward to financing more affordable housing in eastern Connecticut!
