Pay For Your Credit Report
You must pay for a credit report as part of the initial intake process. You can pay via PayPal or Credit Card (PayPal service fee applies).

We Need to Pull The
Credit Report
We cannot accept Credit Reports from a third party or another Agency/Lender.

No Credit Freeze
Make sure you don’t have a credit freeze on your report. A re-access fee will be
charged to repull your credit report if a credit freeze is on your report.
Choosing The Correct Credit Report Option
These Counseling credit report options are SOFT inquiries.
Individual Counseling Credit Report:
For (1) person looking to buy a home, but DOES NOT have an accepted offer or contract to buy a property.
Joint Counseling Credit Report:
For (2) people interested in buying a home, but DO NOT have an accepted offer or contract to buy a property.
Counseling CREDIT REPORT FEES
Individual Counseling Credit Report
$26.57 ($25.55 + $1.02 non-refundable PayPal service fee)
Joint Counseling Credit Report
$52.64 ($51.10+ $1.54 non-refundable PayPal service fee)
These Lending credit report options are HARD inquiries.
Individual LENDING Credit Report:
For (1) person buying a home, and HAS an accepted offer or is under contract to buy a property.
Joint LENDING Credit Report:
For (2) people buying a home, and HAVE an accepted offer or are under contract to buy a property.
