Jackie joined HDF in 2011 as a Homeownership Advisor and moved into the lending department in 2014 as a Loan Processor. After becoming licensed in NMLS for the states of CT, NY, MA, and VT, she became a Loan Underwriter with HDF in 2016. 

In 2019, she took the position of Assistant Residential Lending Manager, overseeing the daily activities of the lending department and marketing. In 2021, Jackie became the Director of Residential Lending, responsible for the residential lending policies and compliance. Jackie has a Bachelor’s of Science in Political Science and Psychology from the University of Rhode Island.
