We aim to create a sustainable, responsible future for all of our HDF homeowners with the help of our post-purchase programming.

Post Purchase Events

HDF’s semi-annual Post Purchase events bring together leaders in housing who can act as resources for homebuyers. These events usually encompass panel discussions or presentations by attorneys, lenders, HDF staff members and others, followed by an open Q&A for homeowners to ask questions about homeownership.

Loan Servicing

If you received a SmartMove loan from HDF, it is serviced by Dovenmuehl Mortgage, Inc. Please click here to access the online payment portal.

Refinancing & Subordination

If you have a SmartMove second mortgage loan and are looking to refinance your existing first mortgage, you will need to either repay your SmartMove and any other HDF loans, or request a subordination agreement by filling out our Subordination Request form.
