The Housing Development Fund is pleased to offer Landlord Training Education classes for first time homebuyers looking to buy a multifamily home in Connecticut (2-4 units).
These classes are sponsored and approved by CHFA and meets the landlord training education requirement for clients applying for HDF and/or CHFA loans.
After the class, clients will get the Certificate of Completion and will be valid for 12 months. Duration of the class is 2.5 hours.
