New Downpayment Assistance Programs Launched!

The HDF is excited to launch our most recent downpayment assistance programs: Project Reinvest and Statewide Downpayment Assistance Program! Our staffs will present the new programs to bankers, real estate agents, and prospective homebuyers in Stamford, CT.

THE PROJECT REINVEST DOWNPAYMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

The Project Reinvest Homeownership fund provides down payment assistance of $10,500 to income-eligible borrowers in CT and four Counties in New York State. Homeownership funds are available at 0% interest and will be repaid upon sale or transfer of the home.

THE STATEWIDE DOWNPAYMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

The Statewide DAP Program is a low-cost downpayment assistance program for eligible homebuyers, offered through the Housing Development Fund and the Connecticut Department of Housing. The program offers loans of up to $15,000-$25,000 for buyers across the state of CT.
