Workshop 1 / Taller 1
First Time Homebuyer Assessment
– Review your credit, savings, and income with mortgage professionals & financial advisers
– Obtain a Pre-Approval (Bring copies of your taxes, bank statement and last pay stub.)
– Learn about special lending and grant programs for first-time homebuyers
– Bilingual presentation and tools by UNHP
– Participating groups include NHS, Housing Development Fund, TD Bank & Santander

Workshop 2 / Taller 2
First-time Homebuyer Fast Track Workshop
– Review in detail the steps towards homeownership from lenders, attorneys, and real estate professionals.
– Plan and schedule your next steps for a mortgage, special loan and/or grant programs, create a savings plan, and improve your credit.
– Simultaneous workshops in English and Spanish by Santander Bank and TD Bank.
