Join HDF Homeownership Advisors for a FREE homebuyer education course at our Danbury office! This class is open to anyone in the community interested in homeownership.

Whether you have already applied for a mortgage or are just beginning to consider your options, our 8-hour HBE classes provide in-depth instruction and valuable advice. HBE classes are also mandatory for CHFA loan applicants under the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Homeownership Program. They may be required for other loan programs as well. All HDF borrowers should complete an 8-hour HBE class prior to closing on an HDF loan.
