- Landlord Entrepreneurship Affordability Program (LEAP) : Low-cost, 100% financing, including up to $40,000 per property and $20,000 per unit for renovations, and training for those who plan to purchase, renovate, and be responsible owner-occupants of 2-4 family homes.
