On Tuesday February 6th, we’re holding a First Time Homebuyer Seminar at the Fairfield Public Library. HDF will let you know what you need to know about the homebuying process – and how to access up to $25k in downpayment assistance.
HDF’s First Time Homebuyer Program (FTHB) is designed to help hardworking families buy their first home affordably. HDF’s one-on-one homebuyer counseling and homebuyer education classes are provided free of charge.
Once you are ready to buy, HDF offers several downpayment and closing cost assistance programs designed to make homeownership achievable and sustainable with as little as 1% down payment.
Your goal might be to buy a detached single family home, a condo, or even a multi-family property –HDF can help.
