HDF’s First Time Homebuyer Program (FTHB) is designed to help hardworking families buy their first home affordably. HDF’s one-on-one homebuyer counseling and homebuyer education classes are provided free of charge.

Once you are ready to buy, HDF offers several downpayment and closing cost assistance programs designed to make homeownership achievable and sustainable with as little as 1% down payment.

On this Thursday November 2nd, we’re holding a First Time Homebuyer Seminar at the NORWALK PUBLIC LIBRARY on Belden Ave. Together with our lending partner Fairfield County Bank, HDF will let you know what you need to know about the homebuying process – and how to access up to $25k in downpayment assistance.
