Send by mail or drop it off at HDF’s Stamford office using the address below. You can also fax documents to the number found on the application forms. Email applications will not be accepted for security reasons.
- Income Verification
Once we have your complete application, we’ll call you to review the process and verify your income. Please note that we cannot verify an incomplete application.
- Credit Verification
Those who receive and accept offers will go through the credit verification, and submit a deposit.
