41 Grand St. Construction (Danbury) by Westchester Modular Homes, Inc.
Last week, we were able to witness first-hand the making of 41 Grand St. development (financed by the Housing Development Fund) in Danbury, CT. It was incredible how quickly Westchester Modular Homes was able to construct this property, erecting the homes in just a few days. This project (developed by ACF Properties and Westchester Modular Homes, Inc. of Fairfield County) will result in 12 new high-quality affordable townhouse units.
