This past summer, HDF launched our two new home loan products: Project Reinvest and Statewide Downpayment Assistance. The loans are available to all residents in CT and 4 counties of NY state including Suffolk, Nassau, Rockland, and Westchester. To date, HDF has reached $1 million dollars of downpayment assistance in NY! Thank you to all our partners and supporters for making this achievement possible.
HDF hosted a number of events this past summer. We hosted Home In a Day event in Norwich, CT to help first-time homebuyers learn about home-buying process and about our downpayment assistance programs available to them. HDF staffs also volunteered during the NeighborWorks week at the Open Door Shelter in Norwalk, CT.
