Highlights of the newsletter: HDF secures $12.6 million of grant for our SmartMove downpayment assistance program and $1.4 million of grant from the Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) Fund to support all of our first-time homebuyer lending programs.
HDF also invests $1.3 million in constructing affordable senior housing in Manchester, CT together with the MacArthur Foundation and CT Green Bank.
